Your record is yours. Here is plainly what we keep, why, and how you take it with you or remove it.
What Luminid keeps
We keep your profile, your simulation responses, and their scores. Responses and scores exist to support your verifications, so that a credential someone checks is backed by real evidence, and to improve our scoring criteria. We do not sell your data.
Two things about simulation sessions are worth repeating from the disclosure you see before each one. Integrity signals, such as typing and cursor patterns, are recorded to detect automated activity. They are never shown to recruiters and never affect your score. And for live voice calls, saving the audio recording to your record is your choice. Uncheck the option and only the transcript is kept.
Export a copy
In Settings, under Privacy, you can request a data export with everything Luminid holds about you, including your profile, simulation results, and applications. We email you a download link within 24 hours.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is in your settings. You confirm with your password, or by signing in again if you use a social login. Deletion is then scheduled, and you have 24 hours to cancel, from the email we send you or from your account. After the window closes, your account and personal data are permanently deleted. Deletion is real. Verifications, public profile, verify codes, and shared links stop resolving.
If you want a copy of your record, export it before you delete. An exported resume PDF stays yours, but its confirm codes and QR will no longer resolve once the account behind them is gone.
