The fine print, in plain words
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the full Growth plan with no card required. The trial starts when you publish your first job, not when you sign up, so you can set everything up at your own pace. If you do nothing at the end, nothing is charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing settings in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for and does not renew. Your data stays exportable either way.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more open roles or seats than the new plan allows, the extras become read-only until you are back under the limit, and you choose which roles stay open. Evidence already collected stays attached to its application.
Do you support invoicing?
Annual plans and Enterprise can pay by invoice. Monthly plans run on card. Write to hello@luminid.org and it gets set up.
Is the job seeker side really free?
Yes, all of it, always. Job seekers prove skills, carry verifications, and share proof at no cost. Employers pay for hiring capacity. Nobody pays for evidence.
