A job seeker completes a realistic task in about twenty minutes, the response is scored against reviewed criteria at a fixed threshold, and the result is a portable verification backed by quoted evidence that anyone can check in thirty seconds. The scoring methodology is published in full. Luminid was founded in 2026 by Gabriel Golfin Araya and is built from Costa Rica. Job seekers always use it for free.

Founder bio
Gabriel Golfin Araya
Gabriel Golfin Araya is the founder of Luminid. He spent seven years in recruiting, at companies including Amazon and Grupo Bimbo, where he watched capable people get filtered out by resumes for reasons that had nothing to do with the work. He is building Luminid from Costa Rica so that hiring can be decided by demonstrated work instead of claims. Longer bios and a photo are available below and on request.

The product is under active redesign, so we send current captures instead of hosting a gallery that goes stale. Write to hello@luminid.org and you will get up-to-date screenshots of the simulation runner, a verified profile, and a verification page, usually the same day.

Use the files as provided. Do not recolor, distort, rotate, or add effects. On dark backgrounds use the white version. Teal is reserved for the verified badge inside the product and is never a logo color.
