The problem

A mis-hire is expensive. The screen that caused it ran on claims.

Resumes are the signal research ranks near the bottom, and they are getting easier to fake. Your team still has to pick a shortlist from hundreds of them.

28% of job seekers admit using AI to generate fake work samples, and 32% have claimed AI skills they do not have.

Luminid does not add another filter on top of the claims. It replaces the claims with scored, quoted work.

How Role Match works

Role Match, in plain words

One number per application, built from evidence you can open and read. Here is the whole formula.

1

Skills carry 85%

The skills your role asks for, matched against what the applicant can show. Verified skills count for more than self-reported ones, and the two are never blurred.

2

A simulation adds up to 15%

A short work sample built for your role. It is scored against documented criteria at a fixed threshold, and the score arrives with the quotes that earned it.

3

Knockouts are your hard rules

Work authorization, shift coverage, whatever is non-negotiable for you. A missed knockout caps or removes the score, and the reason is recorded.

Work samples are among the strongest predictors of job performance in a century of selection research.

Schmidt and Hunter, 1998. Sackett et al., 2022.

People decide. Evidence informs.

Role Match never advances or rejects anyone on its own. It orders your reading pile and shows its work. Every decision stays with your team.

What you get

The pipeline and the evidence, in one place

Pipeline board

Every applicant on one board, moved by you, with the evidence attached to the card.

Knockout questions

Set your hard requirements once. Applications that miss them are set aside with the reason recorded.

Talent pool

Past applicants who chose to stay discoverable. Search them by verified skill when the next role opens.

Evidence Compare

Two finalists side by side, quote against quote, instead of resume against resume.

Shortlist links

Send your hiring manager one link with the evidence for each finalist. No account needed on their side.

Employer trust page

A public page that shows job seekers how you hire and that you answer everyone. Good people notice.

Compliance, built in

The paper trail writes itself

AI disclosure to applicants

Before any automated scoring, applicants see a plain-language disclosure with a link to the published methodology. Nothing is scored behind their back.

Human review path

Any applicant can request human review of an automated score. The request and the outcome are both recorded.

Audit trail

Scoring criteria, thresholds, and stage decisions are documented per application, so you can show your work later.

Luminid gives you documented process, not a legal guarantee. Your obligations depend on where you hire. We make meeting them easier to demonstrate.

Pricing

Job seekers never pay. Employers pay for capacity.

Starter at $499 per month, Growth at $999 per month, Enterprise custom. Annual plans pay for ten months. Every plan includes the full evidence layer.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

What exactly does a verification mean?

It means one thing. The person demonstrated this skill in a work sample, scored against reviewed criteria, at a fixed threshold, with quoted evidence. It does not mean qualified, vetted, or ready for your role. You read the evidence and you make that call.

Who scores the work?

An automated system scores every submission against documented criteria that people wrote and review, the same way for every applicant. Applicants are told before they start, and any applicant can request human review of a score. The system orders your reading pile. It never decides who advances.

What do applicants see?

Applicants never see Role Match numbers. They see the skills your role asks for, their own verification results with the quoted evidence, and a status update at every stage. Every applicant gets an answer. That is part of the product, and your trust page shows it publicly.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of the full Growth plan with no card required. The trial starts when you publish your first job, not when you sign up, so you can set everything up first. If you do nothing at the end, you simply stop. Nothing is charged.
