Your Work Record is where everything you prove on Luminid lives. It belongs to you, it grows with every hiring process, and it never shrinks. The resume you export is a printout of it. The Record itself is the source.
The guarantee
"Any work you do in a Luminid hiring process becomes a verified, permanent part of your Work Record — whatever the outcome. It counts at full weight with every company on Luminid."
That sentence is a commitment, not marketing. Apply somewhere, complete a work sample, and whatever the company decides, every skill you verified along the way is already saved to your Record. A rejection changes one application. It never takes back what you earned.
How carry works
A verification is worth the same wherever you earned it. 100 percent, everywhere. It makes one claim, that you demonstrated a skill in a work sample scored against reviewed criteria at a fixed threshold. It says nothing about which company hosted the task, so a verification earned in one company's hiring process counts at full weight with every other company on Luminid. When a new application involves a skill you already verified, your proof arrives with you.
Reuse windows
Verifications do not expire. What has a window is the reuse of a specific simulation score. When a job uses a simulation you already passed, your existing score can be reused for 2 years from that attempt. After that, a fresh attempt keeps the evidence current. Either way, the verification stays on your Record.
What never happens
- A result below the bar is never shown to anyone. Your Record shows what you proved, never what you did not.
- No employer can remove or revoke anything on your Record. What you earned is not theirs to take.
- You never pay to keep what you earned. Holding, carrying, and sharing your Record is free.
- Your Record never shows scores publicly. What others see is the verification and its quoted evidence.
