Every scored result on Luminid comes from an automated system evaluating your response against documented criteria, and we tell you that before every simulation. Automation makes scoring consistent, but no automated system should have the last word on its own. So every scored result carries the same right. You can ask a person to review it.
How to request a review
When a simulation is scored, the option to request human review appears with your results, right beside your feedback. Choose it and, if you want, add a short note explaining what you think the scoring missed. The note is optional, but a specific one helps, for example pointing at the part of your response you believe met the criteria.
One review request per scored submission. There is no cost, no limit on which results qualify, and asking never affects your standing, your score, or how recruiters see you.
What happens next
A person on the Luminid team reads your response, the criteria, the evidence the system quoted, and your note. They check whether the scoring was applied fairly against the documented criteria. You can see the status of your request from the same place you filed it.
What review can and cannot do
Human review checks the scoring, not the bar. The threshold stays fixed for everyone, because a bar that moves for some people is not a verification anyone can trust. If the reviewer finds the automated scoring misread your response, the result is corrected. If the scoring holds up, you keep an honest explanation of why, and every simulation that allows retakes remains open to you.
