The talent pool

Search opted-in job seekers with verified evidence and invite them directly to your roles.

The talent pool inverts the job board. Instead of waiting for applications, you search job seekers who chose to be visible and invite them to your roles directly.

Who appears in it

Only job seekers who turned on Proven and Available on their profile. That toggle is the person's explicit opt-in to be found and contacted by hiring teams. Job seekers who leave it off never appear, whatever their skills. This keeps the pool consensual, and it also means everyone you find there actually wants to hear from you.

Searching it

Filter by skills, simulation performance, work types, and locations. Because profiles carry verified skills, your search results are backed by demonstrated evidence rather than self-descriptions. A job seeker whose profile shows a verified skill demonstrated it in a scored work sample. Self-reported skills are visible too, always labeled as self-reported, so you can weigh the two honestly.

Inviting job seekers

When someone fits a role, send a direct invite. The job seeker gets a notification and can apply to your role with their existing verified record, and prior passes on the same simulations your role uses carry over as evidence. An invite is an invitation, not an obligation, and they are free to decline or ignore it.

Practical notes

The talent pool is available on the Growth plan and above, and invite volume has monthly limits by plan. Treat invites like real recruiting outreach. Specific, relevant invites that reference the role's actual skills convert well. Blasts do not, and they spend your monthly invite budget on people who were never a fit.
