When a pipeline narrows to finalists, two tools turn the decision meeting from opinions into evidence.
Evidence Compare
From a role's pipeline, open Evidence Compare and pick the applicants to view side by side. The grid puts your role's required and preferred skills down the left and one column per applicant. Each cell shows whether that skill's criteria were met in the applicant's best relevant work sample, with the applicant's own words quoted. You are not comparing adjectives from resumes. You are comparing what each person actually produced, against the same criteria.
The page is print-friendly, so it can go straight into a debrief.
Shortlist links
Hiring managers usually do not have a Luminid seat, and should not need one to weigh in. From the pipeline, select 2 to 8 finalists and mint a shortlist link. Anyone with the link sees a clean, read-only page with the finalists' verified evidence for your role. No login, no seat, and no applicant contact details, so the shortlist cannot leak into around-the-process outreach.
Links expire after 14 days by default, and you can set anywhere from 1 to 90 days when you create one. You can revoke a link at any time, which takes the page offline immediately. You can see all active links for a role and who they cover from the same dialog.
Where they fit
Run the pipeline as usual. When a stage holds your genuine finalists, open Evidence Compare for your own reading, then send the hiring manager a shortlist link instead of a spreadsheet. Decisions come back faster and are anchored to the same quoted evidence you saw, which also keeps your decision policy clock comfortable.
