Southforge places proven commission-only closers into US companies. You contract directly with the client as an independent 1099 contractor, invoice as a contractor, and handle your own taxes. There is no base salary, no hourly pay and no draw. You earn when deals close. You will close high-ticket offers over phone and Zoom against warm, application-generated leads. Buyers are emotionally invested, price-anxious, and often need a partner in the room to say yes. How the process works. You record a short live voice work sample where you take a real sales call against a reactive buyer. It is scored on evidence against documented criteria. If you advance, you have one focused thirty minute conversation with Gabriel. No panels, no group interviews. Strong closers are then presented to the client ready to sign. Every application here ends in a decision. You will hear back either way.
